The Chicago Five-O training process prepares employees for a wide range of situations and the likelihood these situations will occur while performing their duties as a security officer. Every security officer must have a clear understanding of the proper actions to be taken and be given sufficient practice in a controlled environment to ensure the officer can perform his/her duties in a competent, professional manner.
Chicago Five-O training begins with general concepts, progresses to specifics for each facility, and continues on an ongoing basis, using additional and refresher materials presented on-site and/or in a classroom setting. We employ one-on-one training, as appropriate, to ensure complete comprehension of concepts and to observe performance proficiency.
